Managed fraud losses for the Lowe’s portfolio which included two consumer and two commercial credit products. Led and maintained all strategies related to both acquisition and transactional fraud. Oversaw production teams to design and implement strategies.

• Created dashboards that proactively alerted the team to variations in transaction methods which allowed for proactive actions to stopping attacks at infancy
• Implemented transactional fraud strategies that saved $5M+ in fraud while increasing good sales by $10M+

Led and secured funding for dedicated agile team to handle authentication data and was named the Product Owner of this new team. Collaborated with authentication stakeholders to ensure data and reporting needs were met. Facilitated all agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives) and led quarterly PI planning, aligning features, dependencies, and risks to meet stakeholder needs. Assisted Data Engineers to turn features into user stories, validated acceptance criteria, and ensured timely delivery of customer authentication features.
